Special packaging will vary based on request.
What kinds of cookies do you offer?
Currently, I offer a traditional vanilla sugar cookie decorated with royal icing. I prefer to add flavoring to my cookies, and always offer lemon, almond, funfetti, orange, chocolate, and praline and cream. At the time your order is placed, I may have seasonal flavors available and will let you know what, if any, are available.
Are your cookies hard, soft, or somewhere in the middle?
I, personally, love a good, soft cookie, and avoid hard cookies. Sometimes the icing drying process causes cookies to get harder, but for the most part I try to ensure my clients receive soft, tasty cookies.
Do you offer any allergen-free cookies?
At this time, I do not offer any special diet cookies (sugar-free, gluten-free, or dairy-free). My cookie recipe does not contain any nuts, but please note that my kitchen is not nut-free.
How much notice do you need when placing an order?
In a perfect scenario, 3-4 weeks in advance is best when placing an order. But let's be honest. We're all human, and some days it's a struggle to get our family organized and out the door. With that in mind, I am happy to be flexible with when orders are placed, but please note that the longer you wait, the less availability I may have, and the less customization I might be able to produce.
Do you ship cookie orders?
The Texas Cottage Food Law prohibits me from shipping orders. However, I have had people purchase cookies locally, and ship them on their own.
